The process is seamless, and we will save you from the sifting and headache of trip planning, so that you don’t waste any time with logistics, but instead use that time and energy to be with your family.

How far in advance should we start booking things like hotels?
We advise to start thinking about your trip and event up to a 18 months in advance, especially if you are a large group. Otherwise, 8 to 12 months beforehand is great, too.

Do you make reservations for absolutely everything?
We can, and we do! Depending on the clients’ needs, we offer full packages where we book everything like transportation, accommodations, tours and activities. But we’re also flexible and if you just want some services booked by us, we can do that too! Your needs are part and parcel of the planning process; we are here to listen to YOU.
